It’s highly resistant to extreme temperatures, corrosion, vibration, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons and most other chemicals; and is typically used for holding gears, and sprockets onto shafts; sealing studs, nuts, bolts, and other threaded fasteners. It is also suitable for slip and press fittings.
